Where we work
San Francisco and the Bay Area, online.
We serve 5 to 50 person firms in San Francisco, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, and Alameda County, helping them check whether their software is worth what they pay. The audit runs over a screen share, costs $350, and ends in a written keep, repair, switch, or build recommendation.
Short answer
Who we serve here.
Small architecture, engineering, and design firms, and small marketing and creative agencies. These firms often pay for software built for much bigger companies: project accounting suites used mostly for timesheets, agency ERPs used mostly for job tracking, or CRMs on a tier nobody needs.
We are based in the Bay Area. We do not have a public office, and we do not need one: the audit is a working session online with the person who does the workflow every week.

FAQ
Common questions.
Do you serve firms in San Francisco?
Yes. We are based in the Bay Area, and the audit is built for 5 to 50 person architecture, engineering, design, and marketing firms, including firms in San Francisco. The audit itself is done online, so the work is the same wherever your office is.
Do you serve the Peninsula, South Bay, and East Bay?
Yes. We serve firms in San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, and Alameda County as well as San Francisco. Firms outside the Bay Area can also book the audit, since it runs over a screen share.
Do you have an office we can visit?
No. Workflow Ownership does not have a public office or street address. We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area and do the audit session online. Email is the best way to reach us.
What does the audit cost for a Bay Area firm?
The same as anywhere: $350 for one workflow. It ends in a written keep, repair, switch, or build recommendation. If we later build a tool for you, the $350 is credited toward the build.
What kinds of Bay Area firms is this a fit for?
Firms with roughly 5 to 50 people that pay for a large software suite and use a small part of it. Common examples are architecture and engineering firms on project accounting software they mostly use for timesheets, and agencies on per-seat project management or agency ERP tools.
