Avery is the disclosed AI General Manager for Workflow Ownership. The app helps the company respond quickly to authorized Gmail conversations while keeping sensitive decisions with a human.
Not a public email service · One authorized company mailbox · Human-controlled boundaries
Gmail push notifications tell Avery when the authorized company mailbox changes. Avery retrieves only the new message and bounded context from that exact thread, determines what the sender needs, and prepares a direct reply. Every autonomous reply identifies Avery as an AI General Manager.
Uses the newest message, a compact summary of the same conversation, and verified company facts.
Responds to Gmail change events instead of waiting for a periodic inbox check.
Can act only inside known, separately authorized prospect threads and stops after three autonomous replies.
Pricing and negotiation, contracts or legal terms, credentials or access, customer data, purchases, payments, permissions, production changes, attachments, unfamiliar senders, and ambiguous requests are held for human review. Automated mail, newsletters, and Avery's own messages are ignored.
Avery does not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, or provide mailbox access to other customers. The current build is in private testing and has not received Google production verification.
The Gmail modify permission is used to read a newly added message in the sole authorized company mailbox, preserve the correct conversation thread, create a draft when review is required, and send a reply only when the message passes the documented automatic lane. Revoking the Google grant stops that access.
